I ordered cards for the ministry I work with (ordered from this business last year too and loved it enough to want to come back). I put in the order with short notice & submitted it wrong so they didn't print the way I need then to (100% my fault) I picked them up on Friday at 4:40p and I needed them for Sunday. When we realized it was printed wrong, the workers all went out of their way to reprint it all & stayed past close on a FRIDAY just to make sure I got what I needed. Customer support is incredible. I will always recommend this place to people & will continue to come back each year.

Working with Biblio publishing has been a wonderful experience. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I like that you can make changes to your book at any time and that they print on demand. I have been very pleased with Biblio Publishing. With their help and expertise I was able to self-publish my first book....I AM A WOMAN OF VALUE- I AM A WOMAN OF WORTH - I AM HIS!...Also a journal for the book as well.I liked the fact that they guided me with suggestions when I was uncertain about what direction to go. I especially like the Print on Demand part so I did not have to order more than what I might possibly sell. When I needed more books they were able to print more within a few days.I have been told by others that they like the quality of the book cover and pages. I was offered to have my first book signing at Biblio, which I did, and Bob and Fran helped me set up. They have made my car magnets for advertising. I get many compliments on it. They have made my business cards and book marks for the book and for advertising. Having checked other publications the cost of Biblio printing is less expensive. I have recommended Biblio to many who are thinking to publish their first book as I felt I have had a good working relationship with them. I am currently working on another book and will self-publish with Biblio once again. They do offer more services. I am thankful I was able to fulfill a dream with their help. Whether interacting with them in person, by phone or email, the experience is enjoyable.

Fran at Biblio Publishing and Bob at Zip Print and Copy were a great help to me. I had a novel, Fathers, Sons, and Brothers, Book One that had gone out of print and they walked me through the whole process of getting it back in print as a 2nd edition. They even did a bit of editing my previous publisher had not done. They are very easy to work with and promptly answered any questions I had by email or directly on the phone!
