This place has the most incredible selection of books for an amazing price! I think my first visit, I got 16 books for $12 from authors like James Patterson and Harlan Coben. There's a lot to choose from for around $1 each. The ladies who work here are incredibly sweet, too. I highly recommend stopping by and picking up a few books for you or the book worm in your life.

We were traveling from Oregon to N
Tennessee with our 30 f camper and just stop by for a night at the Malmart parking lot in Lamar CO. We walked to downtown and found this good used book store. asked if she had some Tony Hillerman's book.
Yes I found 3 of his books and couple of Native Indians books. If I live here, I come here everyday!!!

I’ve been coming to Book Depot for so long I don’t even remember the first time. As a historian and ephemera collector, let me tell you they have one of the finest selections in terms of quality in the entire state. It’s worth a trip to Lamar for any book hound.
