This is the worst company. The have awful customer service. They just don't care. You have to buy this book sight unseen. I live in New braunfels and they advertise this as for that area but in the whole book I only saw one coupon redeemable in NB. The back of the coupons list the stores that accept them. The Shipley in nb will not accept the coupons. Schlotzkys and sonic are not good in nb etc. The free six flags coupons that I planned to use to take my son (who is 12) to six flags expired 2 and a half weeks from when I got it. The company didn't care when I reached out to them. Said I had plenty of time to use them. My son is in school. I work 2 jobs up support us. There's no way I could use them by the end of March when I received them on March 10th. The company won't
exchange my tickets and they won't accept a refund. It was a complete waste of money. This used to be cool. Now it's just a way to buy coupons that I can't even use and their whole selling point of the six flags tickets, useless.

Tried to use the book a free coupon at the Pizza Hut on Goliad and the manager told me that the coupon is not valid there even though that location was behind the coupon. They stated that they don’t take paper coupons. FYI, I did call them to make an order and informed about the coupon first so this communication happened over the phone. He also said he doesn’t know what the book of free is. This is probably more of an issue with the communication with management however, I still have to give a low rating due to this coupon that is in this book, not being “valid” at the time of use.

I called their office with questions about the Book of Free promo with the Six Flags tickets advertised on their website. Patty was helpful at answering all my questions and even gave me driving directions to their office. I was able to place my order online and pick up at their office on the same day! I was so impressed, I went back and bought another promo for a friend! Super easy, quick and convenient!!

Becareful with ordering for it to be shipped. A whole week passed and still never received anything in the mail. Called the office and spoke to a patty who offered if i have someone else pick it up who lives in san antonio they could. Luckily my friend and her husband were going to san antonio the next day. My friend sent me a picture of what they gave her and it was just the tickets. I asked about the book and she said they only handed her the tickets and made her sign a paper and that was it. I then called this patty and asked if the book was going to be mailed then rudely said Nope! I gave her everything. I was taken back because i dont believe my close friend would lie on a favor shes doing me. Pam then states you can come pick a book up yourself cause im NOT mailing another. I said but you didnt even mail anything in the first place. She then tells me i have a line of paying customers and a big purchase i dont have time. I said excuse me im a paying customer who’s been very patient cause you or whoever it is didnt mail out what i bought. In the end, it was more about the tickets than the book, but it is about principal. It takes a lot for me to get frustrated, but this one took the Cake.

Purchased 16 Six Flags tickets on September 24, 2024 used them on September 28, 2024, and they work perfect no issues. I recommend the book I will use them in future.

Visited San Antonio for spring break 2024. Someone suggested getting the book of free for coupons to a variety of places around the city PLUS getting complimentary tickets to Fiesta TX! I thought wow that's a heck of a deal. We were just a day away from leaving Dallas to head to San Antonio. Went to their website and seen shipping and thought well there goes that idea. I kept looking and reading and found out that we could also do local pick up which was perfect. We got to SA on Saturday which they are closed on the weekend so we just switched up our Fiesta TX day to a day they were open and that we could go pick up the tickets. Finding their office and their suite was easy. It took all of 5 minutes to pick up my book with my tickets. Other reviews stating that they don't answer their phone must have called when they weren't open lol. Others reviews stating that their Six flags fiesta tx tickets didn't work must didn't use them right idk. What I do know is that our tickets scanned right in just fine and we had a fantastic day at the park. Four people all for the price of $70, you can't beat that with a stick.

Be careful if you are buying these for the Six Flags tickets. Though the book says "2024 Book of Free," the Six Flags tickets are only good for the first week of January. So if you were planning on the tickets as a Christmas present or hoped to take your family this summer - don't do that.
