I’m so annoyed with this “company”. I purchased a personalized book for my dad for Father’s Day. I paid the extra money to get it faster but it didn’t come for Father’s Day. That was fine. Then, I had to rebook the delivery of the book as I wasn’t going to be home so I rescheduled it for June 21st and it didn’t come. Instead, they sent it back to the company. I have reached out 7 times! Two times they got back to me and said they’ll resend it to me. It is now July 20th, they haven’t responded to my last two emails and guess what?! NO BOOK! I paid over $80! Where is my book?! What a disgrace!

this experience was disappointing and they definitely do not put the book on Amazon like they say they will do in a public way. you have to have some special link they send you. people cant find the book by just searching for it. and they charge astronomical high prices. My book isonly 200 pages and they are charging 35 dollars. From the beginning this company had Poor customer service and the email responses were short, terse and didnt make sense. This company probably isnt American and their language skills and customer service are evidence of that. they say they formatted book but nothing was done to it. For only 100 dollars I shouldn't have expected anything of quality standard. Dont waste your money on this company. I suggest bookbaby or On press for something like this. If you take anything from this reviewitshould be dont use this company because they are not people oriented and have Poor company standards.
I have to pay for a new ISBN and use a different company because of the ineptitude and dishonesty of Bookemon. Take my advice and stay away from this company.

I started using Bookemon Oct. 2013 when I was 13. What I find absolutely amazing is how little the UI/overall site has changed since I made my first account. I've been using it off and on over the years, but I mostly log into my account these days to reminisce.

I remember when the Forum page was flooded with new posts every day from active users, but now it has been flooded with spam bots making advertisements. None of my Bookemon friends are active anymore either.

To me, Bookemon is a personal time capsule of when my life was much more simple and I could explore the furthest reaches of my creative mind as a child. It remains the only website I've ever used that I can go to today and take a glimpse back in time - into my childhood - and see it perfectly preserved as the way I remember it.

I wouldn't have it any other way.

So far creating a book has been a good experience. When I email a question or concern I get a prompt response. I just have two issues. The title printed on the spine of the book seems too large and cannot be adjusted and one of my books got a little damage on the front cover corner during shipping because the cardboard mailer dents easily. Lastly, I wish Bookemon offered gift boxes for the books because I want to give them as gifts to my family. I need to search for boxes to buy elsewhere now.

The company made an error with my order and refused to refund me. They printed one of my projects with the cover from another project. I would not use them again.

I'm 20 now, and I wrote a book here about my favorite Neopet when I was 6. Found it when I was going through my desk, and it brought back so many wonderful memories! I love love LOVE rediscovering something that I loved so much when I was little!

Being 78 1/2 years old, I did require a lot of help with the completion of getting my first and now my second book finished and finally ready for sale. The Bookemon Team replied and had to phone me a few times to help me get it done, but it is now complete. Thank you so very much for being patient with this "ole lady" and I say, if I can get my book published after 64 years in the writing, anyone could do it.
