I am not an author, but this group made me one! If there is an award for this service this company should win first place. They not only helped me with every step, they took the time to teach me how to become an author. They did not just do it with one book, but with the three I submitted at all one time. Hitch guided me every step of the way and went out of her way when issues arose from my in experience and lack of knowledge. One of my books they were able to correct issues that I could not, to make the appearance better and change the shading of the words so they stood out. It looked awesome. They directed me to a book cover designer and they worked as a team to help me produce the best books that I could. I cannot thank this company enough and I wish them all the best in life. Booknook are professionals in every sense of the word. The work provided is meticulous.

I thought there were two areas where they were so much better then the competition that it was no comparison.

The first was how everything was laid out. They have tutorials and advice laid out for you when you walk in the door. Authors have to learn this stuff anyway, so when they provide all the answers its terrific. ( I went to one of those large companies to begin with and it was a nightmare. They gave me the runaround and bounced me to different departments. They also didn't provide any instruction.) I thought Booknook company was the most informative company that I found in the entire bookmaking business. Many of them don't tell you anything, and learning by trial and error is the worst. You don't have to do that with Booknook, they have all the answers for you.

Secondly, Booknook is helpful and the excels in customer service. Hands down they were best in this department. As a first time author I was overwhelmed. Booknook helped thru the entire process because they add a nice personal touch. Generally you can find most things in the literature, but if you cant they got every answer. Terrific.

Also they are very reasonably priced for hiring professionals with this level of knowledge. Don't be concerned about pricing, they give you that back in quality work and than some. Absolutely.

Anyways thanks Booknook, you helped make a dream of mine a reality.

I shopped all over when it came to formatting my ebook. I looked at the “boutique” places (where they do everything—formatting, cover, promotion—and charge you ten thousand dollars!). I looked at the mid-range companies. Yeah, they make it easy for you, but they also charge an arm and a leg. AND you have very little say in terms of once you give them your document, you are adrift and you just wait to get back whatever they give you. And then there was an extra charge for this, an extra charge for that. The charges tacked on were endless. I was totally frustrated.

Then I found booknookbiz. It was the perfect solution. Small enough to be personal! Big enough to produce totally professional ebooks, second to none. With the other companies I felt like a cog in a machine. With booknookbiz I was dealing with people. People that weren’t just concerned with how much money they could make from me, but people who really cared about me and what I wanted my ebook to be. They gave me complete peace of mind. And they’re so affordable.

Well, it's been a life-changing experience. After looking for something that wasn't there so often I was beginning to feel like I did when I believed in God, THERE IT WAS!!! Of course, the genius behind the page didn't tell me to look for the little pencil, and if I didn't have a lot of regard for her I never would have scraped away at the site until I found it, but I do and I did.
