Worked with a wonderfully pleasant woman here today. I had a very small last minute print job, just 3 pages, but she helped me with a smile on her face. I will absolutely be returning with all of my future printing needs!

Really bad attitude of the older lady that was helping me. As soon as I walked in, she gave me attitude, like if I did something wrong by walking in to the store to have some documents scanned. Just really nasty attitude.

Lady in the front is very rude. Was on phone entire time while I was trying to get help. I asked how much it would be to print a single piece of paper. She said 25 cents. And I asked how do I print. She rudely tells me to email it to her. And when I do, without asking any questions she prints my label that should have been 1 page into 3 pages. She didn’t ask what I needed or which part I needed. She knew I just needed the label. And then she charges me .75 cents for the other 2 pages when I told her I only needed the one. Very rude. It’s not about the .75 cents but about the fact that she didn’t get off of her personal call once to ask what I needed. She printed out more than I needed and then made me pay for it.

I came here to get my vinyl record sleeve scanned, and the woman wasn't handling it very carefully, leaving it on the counter, leaning on it, dropped it once, constantly tried feeding it into a machine that wouldn't take the thickness of the paper.

I ended up deciding to use the flatbed scanner (which wouldn't scan the entire dimensions) and stitch it up digitally, but found out it would cost $2.50 per scan! Two sides of a long-folding sleeve would take at least 8 scans! At that price I might as well buy a used scanner and do it myself.

On the upside they do high-quality scans (600dpi) with lossless output (tiff), as long as you're scanning something small for the flatbed or thin enough to be fed. But $2.50 per scan?!

For the sake of your own sanity, DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!! It is run by a disgruntled, angry woman who acts as though she is doing you a favor even though you're paying to have the service done.
I went in to have some documents notarized. Simple, right? HECK NO! When she refused to notarized all the documents, I made the mistake of asking "why?". Pandora's Box opened and I was now facing an angry, hissing snake. She began a rant which included that she did not having to explain anything to me, how I was wasting her time, etc. I was stunned.
Again, unless you want to experience the antithesis of "Customer Service", DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I've been going to Cal Copy for all of my business and personal printing for 9 years. They beat FedEx and Staples in price and customer service. Farideh is an amazing person who values relationships and quality work. I trust her with EVERYTHING including my wedding invitations and publications for my employer. I highly recommend CalCopy to all of my friends and colleagues.

The first time I ever went here I hated it. I was singled out because I was a female and mainly males were in there at the time. When they (the males) needed help the workers were quick in helping them out in any way possible. But when I need help they brushed me off. I waited long enough till I needed to say "i Don't know how to operate your machinery, will someone please help me?" What I can only best describe as an "foreign man" approached me he was rude, harsh, and non-ethical . THAT IS A $10,000 COPIER, DONT TOUCH IT UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!" This place should be avoided at all cost as you will be entering another 9-11, if you get what I mean. Hint hint. Frankly this place deserves no stars at all. Best of luck in finding a copier place elsewhere. Dee
