My wife and I came to Todd to get some career coaching and direction for our son. He is a rising senior in high school and he was struggling with where to go to college and what to focus on as a major of study. My wife and I wanted our son to work with Todd to verify that the pathway he wanted (Engineering) was a good fit for his personality. Obviously, an engineering school can be a large investment and we wanted to maximize the use of our college savings to get the most bang for the buck to do what we could do to ensure that he would not change majors mid-stream in college. I recently had the opportunity to work with Todd McCarty on the Birkman Method Assessment through my employer.
