I’ve been seeing Carla for years and cannot even comprehend how helpful she has been. She’s given me the tools to work through my depression and anxiety as well as coached me on being the best version of myself. She extremely knowledgeable and has taught me a lot. I’ve never felt so connected and understood by a therapist / life coach before. Highly recommend working with Carla

I don't even have the words to describe the experience I had with Carla. Carla is amazing. She helped me get from seeing the negative in everything to begin creating the life I've always wanted to live. She helped me reframe my mindset to set myself up for success rather than live in self-pity and shame. She sat with me as I processed trauma from the past, guided me as best as she could, directed me to other professionals who could help me, when I needed more. She helped me overcome limiting beliefs, helped me see all the beauty life has to give, helped be reframe how I think about the past, finding healing in life, overcoming trauma, forgiving others and myself, finding health and happiness, living in joy and freedom. I don't know what else to say. If you want a solutions focused, holistic coach, Carla's got an amazing head on her shoulders. She is solutions focused, believes in others, sees the beauty in life, and is a loving and beautiful human to learn from and be coached by. She's the living example. Don't go to her to complain. Go to her with a goal in mind, and work on that goal with her as your guide. You'll go far. I promise!

I can't comment on her counseling as I have never actually talked to her. But her customer service is definitely not great. After 2 phone calls leaving a message to connect and ask questions I get a response back by text message. Very unprofessional.
