Carlson has been handling our trust issue for over 8 years now and still we haven’t had a payout. There using illegal paperwork saying they won’t pay us till We sign away the right to contest the money. Very illegal. They also stated if we don’t sign they will charge 50k to do an audit and that was over a year ago. Guess what no audit. I’m just allowing the back pay to add up so when I sue them with my uncle who is the head of the trustee for breach of fiduciary duties I’ll get more bang for the buck. There very scandelous and will do shady work for customers that pay enough money. Definetly need to be investigated

Wow - this place is bad news. I had been a customer of Carlson Haff for about 8 months. Days before quarterly payroll filing was due they decided they didn't want my business anymore and left me scrambling to figure out how to get these returns filed by the deadline. Apparently the staff accountant and payroll "specialist" was going to take some time off and had some kind of argument with my business partner which ended in them firing us? I have to say that leading up to this they were unreliable, difficult to work with and their processes and services are painfully low tech and stuck in the stone age.
Sheesh! Do yourself a favor and take your payroll business someplace else.

We have our payroll and taxes for the business I work for done at Carlsons and have been happy with everything! They do a thorough job and always work quickly to fix any problems that may arise. We are very happy here and will continue with them!!
