I Was referred by my pediatrician here because of an existing issue with my daughter who has exotropia and when I called it almost sounded like a joke to the girl, she laughed about my insurance and laughed about not knowing why my daughter was referred here and had zero clue about what exptropia was and couldn’t even say strabismus right. I know we are all human but honestly in a medical center people come for help not to feel like a burden, all I needed was some guidance kindness and some damn help and she was so insensitive. Do better. And don’t make people feel humiliation over something they are stressed about! I’m not an eye expert obviously I’m just doing what I was told and called you guys and it almost seemed like it was too much work to talk to me.

Had to wait 6 weeks to be seen , then after my appointment was told they would call to schedule surgery in next 2 weeks. Fast forward THREE weeks, I stop in to find out what's up. They have " transitional issues" I was told the person who did their scheduling went elsewhere and left them in the lurch. Yhen I find out they don't even have my correct phone number although I wrote it in 3 different places when I filled out their paperwork. I know the administrative issues does not affect skill of doctors but it gives me very little confidence in them at all. I have dense cataract in one eye and it's now been 5 weeks since I had my appointment . And vision getting worse in my good eye. Could be COMPLETELY blind before I
manage to be seen( no pun intended) for original issue and this is unacceptable. Must be the fate of the monetarily challenged to suffer inferior care because we have low paying jobs.

First review: Waits are interminable. Wait to be taken back. Wait between exams. Need a bigger facility. (See response).

Edit (after owner response): Glad to hear they are improving things. Their care is great but the patient load is incredible. Will be nice to go back to them. Dr. Bishop has been very good.

Dr. Evans was great! However, in working with staff to order me some new GP contact lenses with my new prescription, let me know they would have to get back to me with prices. A week later quoted me $120.00 per lens. I ordered the exact same brand/type online for $33.00 per lens. Don't rip off your patients!

Way too crowded wait times for appointment s could be up to an hour. If you have surgery it’s like an assembly line and the doctors do not see you until next day and spend very little time with you.. i mean less than 5 minutes. Would not recommend

I came in for a new glasses prescription and Nick Norton was awesome! He answered all my questions and helped me understand exactly why the lights look distorted when I drive at night. He got me the prescription quickly and i was able to order glasses that day! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who not only needs their eyes checked but also to understand what is going on with their eyes and why! Thanks Cedar Eye Center!

Dr Norton was great. I had an emergency and was taken care of right away. BUT I was told to return the next day to order new glasses. Arrived at 12:45 and was told she was taking lunch.
Had to wait 2HOURS for her to get back. Kept being told about another 15 min. I would have left but I live 30 min away.

Ron Evans is a topnotch Ophthalmologist. He's caring, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and answers all my questions. Yes, sometimes we have to wait a long time after the scheduled appointment, but it's likely because he's taking time to meet the needs of patients prior to my appointment. He recently did cataract surgery with a permanent silicone lens implant in both my eyes, a week apart. It has taken 50 years off my eyesight - now everything is brighter, colors are more vivid, and I can see clearly without distance glasses! The procedure was painless with minor discomfort. I'd put it off for many years, disliking the idea of having my eyeballs sliced. But Ron Evans is highly skilled, and in 10 minutes he was done. No eye patch even! I could see after the surgery, though blurry for the first 12 hours, but after that, things cleared up. My life is totally changed - I can see stars at night after decades of not seeing them! Now I need cheap reading glasses for close-up reading, but otherwise, I have 20/20 vision again!
