They are not a government agency, but who cares. They are Great Company doing an amazing service. They helped register my DBA and file it and do the publications properly. Got a fake letter from them saying "IMPORTANT NOTICE" while they pretended to be a government entity. How is garbage like this legal.

SCAM ALERT!!! This place gets your filing on the county site, then snail mails "Time Sensitive" information, wanting you to pay them, rather than the legit way of paying the county. It looks real and they put your Filing number and Date on the front of the mailed envelope. I created an account on their site, telling myself I thought I'd already created an account. Luckily before adding my financial info, I researched this racket.

This company has been sending constant mail regarding last notice mail regarding DBA filing and acting like the LA County. This is scam company. Do NOT give them your money.
