Horrible. Absolutely horrible. No communication. No timelines. Constantly switching project managers. It took 3 months for them to edit 1 chapter and they did the opposite of what I wanted them to do. When I asked to cancel the project and refund me the money, they took 2 months of giving me the run around until I finally had to contact paypal to open a case against them. The case was settled by papal while I was on the phone and my money was returned that day. Paypal told me this was not a creditable company. would never contact them again for anything. Waisted 5 months of my time and had to push my publication date back.
