As a new Business, I need my brand to shine. Abram and his design team and install partners did an amazing job with the TemperaturePro San Antonio Fleet. In addition I've had several print material projects completed. The quality is fantastic and in the turn around time promised. Now when my crew is headed to instal an air conditioning or repair an a/c-furnace, we look sharp on the way.

Responsiveness - slow, lots of missed communications, hard to get a response and action. Difficult to convey what we perceive to be simple requests, change an image, update the site in some way. Getting the site stood up required us to chase Chilie Media and do multiple cycles on the same topics repeatedly. The experience has not changed with the simple changes requested since then.

Highly recommend Chile Media!! Originally tried ordering/customizing Yetis online, however, they were unable able to complete the order… said our graphic was to detailed for them to engrave. Thankfully, found the product we wanted locally and reached out to Chile Media who provided an amazing final product!

Working with ChileMedia has been a great experience overall.

My favorite part of working with ChileMedia has been there willingness to work with us. We've had some difficult projects and gave them a bit of whiplash as we changed directions multiple times.
