I really wanted to have a positive and redemptive experience with Clash but unfortunately ended up dissapointed. I won't go into too many details because I had a complicated order that required photoshop resizing and a quick turn around. I was thankful for them working with me so closely to make this happen. Truly appreciate the efforts and involvement.

I needed canvas and poster prints of my art and it wasn't until I was stretching the canvases that I realized the front image was not fully scaled to 18x24", meaning a little bit of the side area showed on the front on the canvas. This did not show up in the proofs I approved.

I took the canvases back in, they said they don't know how that could have happened, and recommended me to a framer to be re-stretched. The framer told me the stretching was fine and the file measurements must have been off. I took the canvases back to Clash, they told me the manager was out and to leave them there for the next week or so. Less than an hour later I get an email offering a small discount on a reprint, no refunds.I was already home by the time I saw it and I don't exactly live close. So I went back for a fourth time to get my stuff and take the loss.

Later upon further inspection I realized a good portion of my poster prints had streaks on them. They initially told me they provide high quality for fine artists and have done print for the High Museum.

I appreciate their effort in the beginning but will not be recommending to other artists.

Working with Clash was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. My company came into Atlanta to conduct research at a conference and we needed to print foam core boards that we could pick up in store. I gave Clash a call about 2 weeks in advance to see if they were a good fit. I received excellent customer service over the phone and my questions were answered thoroughly (unfortunately I don't remember the name of the person spoke to, but you were great)! When it came time to place our orders, I worked with Alissa who was fantastic and took extra special care of our orders. She sent me proofs in a timely manner and had an excellent response time. We picked up those orders a couple of days before the event and had no complaints. The day before our event, we needed to use their same day services to print a colex cut foam core board. I was worried that it wouldn't be done in the same day, but it was! My entire team was impressed with the quality of the boards and I was thrilled with my experience. Some of our orders had very specific needs and Clash handled them with ease. We will keep Clash in mind should we need printing services in the Atlanta again.

Clash Graphics did an awesome job on my flyer! The design came out super clean and the print quality was solid. The whole process was smooth— quick turnaround, great communication, and they really listened to what I needed. Definitely recommend them for any design or print work you need done!

I placed a same-day order. True to the company’s promise my order was ready the same day. The COO (Eli) reached out to me and assisted me in being able to pick up my order since I wasn’t actually able to come the same day and was only available after business hours. The customer service provided by Clash is always top notch and the prices are unbeatable. I have been a loyal customer for several years, and it will stay that way as long as this company stays in business!

Reached out to Clash Graphics for next day printing services for a convention I was in town for. Was given a very expensive quote compared to other companies in Atlanta but they were the only ones who claimed they could get in done by EOB the next day. Sent in our print files before their deadline the day before then received email at 11AM the next day asking were the files were and stating they would charge us extra for not sending in files. When we informed them they were sent and they finally got back to us confirming, the nice customer service was gone.

While they (rightfully) did not charge us extra for their mistake, they stated to pick up prints at EOB that day, not a minute earlier or later. They informed us by 3 PM they were ready for pickup and we thought all was well and at this point were satisfied enough with the service. Then when we arrived the printed booklets were not bound evenly or cut full bleed. They said they could not reprint our order, not even 20% to get us through the next day, and since they could not fulfill the order they would offer us a discount.

When we reached out to get the promised discount, they offered us a very poor discount and refused to negotiate, instead trying to blame us for every mistake they made, including not checking their emails for files they knew were on the way. They severely lack organization, attention to detail, and customer service as I can see from other former customers as well as my self. I would not recommend Clash Graphics.
