We worked with Amariah Carrillo to sell a family home in Twain Harte from our home in Connecticut. We met Amariah in November and we knew she was the relator for us! Very knowledgeable and comfortable with the situation and what needed to be done.
We met again in January when the house was ready to go on the market and again she was very reassuring.
She helped find the tradespeople needed for various projects and kept an eye on the house and the workers.
She communicated the offers to us and stayed in contact with us during the escrow period.
It was stressful dealing with a home 3,000+ miles away but we knew we were in good hands and the closing went smoothly!
