Pretty much what other people are saying, you pay thousands of dollars and you get nothing in return. False advertising false sales promises. This is a total scam, even the corporate office address, so to speak is not even corporate office. Do not use them at all.

We spent over a thousand and a half dollars to have our ad in their magazine which was promised to be distributed in two prime local grocery stores, Albertsons and Vons. It never happened nor did they try to contact me to let me know of any changes or issues, they kept quiet and are now avoiding my emails and calls. I've dealt with Patricia W. (Pat) Customer Service Supervisor, Steve D. the Regional Sales Manager who sold to us, and Isabel in the office.

This place promised and did not deliver. Promised distribution of magazines from two HyVee store outlets. Did not do this. Promised a youtube video. Did not do this. It cost us hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
