Dan from cbs came to our service today to look at our printer. He was friendly and proffessional. He figured out the problem with our printer manage to sauce the part and came back as promised later on in the day and fixed it. Excellent customer service and also made our people we support feel at ease when they spoke to him. Thank you for your help from the team at The barn in leyland

I’m not one to leave a negative review. Computer business solutions has harassed us for months now following what was told to us was work that was covered under warranty. We paid thousands to have our business computers upgraded. The work performed was good except one of the computers which didn’t function properly after the upgrade. I called and was told to bring it in “under warranty”. My staff brought it to them and also confirmed it was covered. I did not receive a call that anything was being performed above and beyond warranty. Then I get a bill in the mail. I immediately communicate in regards to us being told it was covered under warranty thinking it’s a mistake on the part of their billing dept. Could have been left at that. Then we get more bills stating we will be sent to collections if we do not pay. It’s the principal at this point. I have informed them they can have the computer back. If you need computer work done I recommend networks unlimited. The perform the same work for a fraction of the cost.

So I have been with CBS for a very long time since Sue and Ernie were running it. CBS has always been a wonderful top of the line Computer business. They offer everything from networking to pc building and of course if you need virus help this is the place to go. Now recently I had taken my computer in it had corrupt window files on it and was shutting down or restarting during some games. Took it in to CBS was gonna go in for a cleaning anyway so I suppose the timing was right, Craig not only fixed my computer but the way he cleaned it was incredible! I have never seen someone clean a computer so deeply to where he was scrubbing the fans and the GPU, radiator for the CPU. When I got my computer back it looked brand new like it just got built! Craig is amazing he has a gift for gaming computers and working with them. He fixed all my wires and everything in the case for better cooling and proficiency! It's like Craig is one with the computer never seen such top of the line work before! I was so impressed I told him when I build a new one I would have him do the work for me. Now this month I had a new Gaming PC built and I must say I love it it's been a few weeks and no issues or problems. Craig did the hard work of researching parts and making sure everything would work together every morning during the pc building process. Once we got the parts Craig got the work done perfectly and professionally in a day and a half. He even synced my fans to work with my CPU pump and MB! Thanks to Craig I am back to doing what I love and that's hardcore gaming and streaming! There is no place better than Computer Business Solutions on the western slope, no matter what you need computer wise and want the best of the best come here to CBS. The price is just right and you won't find better customer service anywhere else. I know Ernie and Sue would be proud to see how well and good hands the company is in. God Bless everyone at CBS thank you so much! Such wonderful people!

These guys are not only the very best computer store in Montrose, or even the western slope for that matter, they are the best computer store I have ever used. Their customer service is unbelievably wonderful! They gave my computer back to me fixed and cleaner than it has ever been in a long, long time. In addition, they are really nice people. I love that they were not going to give up on my laptop until it is fixed. Although it might sound like I am overstating this or that I am perhaps a family relative, I am being completely honest in this review. They really are that great. You can’t go wrong with Computer Business Solutions

Great Service!!! CBS has always been able to serve my company in a timely and professional manor. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answers, they will do everything it takes to find out. The company that did our computer work for us before them took advantage of us in so many ways. Chris and the gang at Computer Business Solutions was able to fix the problems that they caused us and fully explained HONESTLY what we needed to run our systems to their potential. They have even gone above and beyond to work with existing systems that required long hours of phone tech support. I would STRONGLY reccomend their services to anyone who is looking for new systems, maintenance and support on new or old equipment.
