We cannot thank Copy Copy in Frisco enough for all of their hard work and help. We had a last minute shipping issue with another company that would have been a disaster for our conference but Jane and her team stepped in and saved the day! They worked closely with us to assure that our programs printed properly, looked the way we wanted and were done in time. They all went above and beyond for us and we cannot recommend them enough. They will have our business from now on!

I come here every time I finish an art piece to have it scanned in and made into stickers. It makes the gift so much more special. Every time I come in I end up working with Anna who helps me adjust the size and format of the stickers. I highly recommend this spot for getting your art digitized and out there ❤️

I had an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience at Copy Copy in Frisco, thanks to Jane, who was by far the most unpleasant person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with nothing but bad energy, rolled eyes, and a condescending attitude. I had emailed ahead about printing my modeling comp cards on glossy paper, but the first print came out bright orange on both sides with random yellow splotches. I politely mentioned it looked "a little orange" and showed her the original image from my phone—taken in a professional studio by a professional photographer. Her response? An aggressive and dismissive, “Hunny, photos look different digital than they do printed.” She charged me full price for the unusable prints, and I thanked her politely despite the terrible experience. Hoping to salvage the situation, I returned the next day with the image slightly edited to correct the colors. Again, the print came out bright orange. This time, Jane admitted the yellow splotches were due to printer issues the day before, so I kindly asked if she could at least reprint it at no charge. She flat-out refused and somehow charged me even more than the day before for the exact same print. When I pointed out the print still looked orange, she snidely remarked, “It’s probably just your spray tan.” For the record, I have never had a spray tan in my life. Jane was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful throughout both interactions. I left frustrated, with two unusable prints and wasted time and money. I have had other pleasant experiences here, with other workers, but Jane made me never recommend Copy Copy in Frisco to anyone—especially if you value professionalism, respect, and quality service. Avoid this place at all costs if Jane is working.

These guys are awesome! We had a misunderstanding about the format of my event program. But they fixed it the same day and I got my programs right away first thing the next morning. And they had a smile on their face!

Good service overall, but I totally wasted $18 on a passport photo. They said it might not be perfect — but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. The quality is so poor I can’t use it anywhere. Sorry guys but I don’t think you can charge even $5 for that… 😁 I should have asked for refund

Support another local printer instead. Ever since this place was sold, the ownership and management has been atrocious. On more than one occasion I have been denied services based on completely nonsensical legality claims. Even with clear written permission on the materials I was trying to print (children's ranger booklets from the Parks Department website clearly meant to be printed, and a map with a legal statement right on it saying it was ok). New ownership needs to speak with their attorney to get educated. There are other options in Summit. Take your business to them.

I needed some flyers made and Copy Copy was such a great resource. They made it easy and my flyers turned out great. I’m so glad we have their services in town!

Sent them a doc with both legal and a letter. Asked for it to be printed as a legal and letter… so they printed them all legal and made me pay for their errors. The older lady at the front desk is horrible! Then she will talk badly about you when you leave. ( when I came back for a receipt she was talking about me when they made the mistake and charged me for it). Great way to treat your locals! ** I went to the Frisco location.
