Corinne Christopherson from Cottonwood Professional Coaching is my coach. I cannot begin to express how valuable the coaching I have received from Corinne has been. She has had a tremendous impact on my life to date and helped me to realize personal and professional possibilities that are available to me. She has a calm, engaging, confident manner and is an amazing listener. She uses various tools and techniques to help me to fulfill my potential which had enabled me to make such insightful connections that have transformed the way I approach my everyday life. I am a much calmer, more grounded/present and at peace with how I approach each day. My coaching relationship with Corinne has been such a gift. Once we end each of our sessions, I find myself anticipating the next and what new possibilities we will uncover as I continue to evolve.

Working with Ted is really fabulous. Ted is intuitive in recognizing my strengths and finding creative ways to help me overcome obstacles. He always has my best interest in mind, and during our sessions he is focused on being authentic and holding space for whatever shows up. Ted is as compassionate as he is knowledgeable and has shared such valuable tools for living a life that is aligned with my core values. The magic in coaching lies not only in our sessions where we collaborate, but also in the time between where I feel encouraged to apply what I’ve learned with Ted for real growth and introspection. If you are right now wondering if “coaching really works” or if it’s worth the investment, it did and it is for me! A few of the things I liked most about Corinne was her ability to ask great questions to help me reflect and dig into WHO I want to be in the future and WHAT is holding me back. She gave me a lot of permission to just be myself. She was curious; not judgmental of me. She left a lot of space for my mental processing and was highly tuned in to when my face, gestures or words changed and she would ask me what I was noticing. It made me highly aware of my thoughts and actions. Thank you, Corinne for a great experience.

Corinne changed the way that I approach conversations in all of my relationships. She helped shift my perspective about a lot of things in my life, and helped in self-reflection on who I am outside of being a mother and an employee. She encouraged me to have hard conversations and set boundaries in a way that is healthy for myself and considerate for the other person/people involved. I felt like I was talking to a close friend every time we chatted and felt like Cori genuinely cared about me as a person. Letting me control the conversation based on what I wanted to discuss, asking engaging questions, and challenging me to do things outside of our sessions to practice what we were working on. I'm extremely grateful to have found her.

Ted showed me ways of thinking and operating that I had completely overlooked in the past and, slowly, he taught me how these could be used to tackle the big questions that were holding me back. It's as if I was a fish, swimming in circles in my fishbowl---Ted lifted me out and placed me in the open sea.

Ted is amazing! He and I worked together for six months and so much was accomplished. I feel I've grown tremendously in my knowledge of and confidence in myself due to Ted's guidance. I'm actively using today approaches and ideas we developed - things stuck! Ted is creative, attentive, courageous and never, ever let me get away with anything. He's pure magic!

I had my first ever “Life Coaching” experience with Cori from Cottonwood Professional Coaching. Immediately, she made me feel at ease as she explained what life coaching would look like during our hour sessions. I thought I would be nervous or feel uncomfortable- Cori made me feel the opposite, she gently talked wth me about who is was, who I wanted to be and let me figure out a good way to get there that was both challenging and comfortable! After I left each session I felt like I was on my way to becoming the person I wanted to be… Cori helped me see my strengths and capitalize on them all while challenging me to expand my thinking … expanding my thinking lead me to new ways of approaching some of my struggles! Not only did I walk out of each session feeling rejuvenated and whole, I also very much was already looking forward to the next time we would meet. Cori is the real deal- kind, intelligent, compassionate and knowledgeable all mixed in with some humor and the ability to challenge while still making a person feel whole!
