Went to Course Reader Material for my required reader. The entrance to the building is old and sheik. I entered into the store with a few people in front of me. I was greeted by what seemed to be the manager. He was helpful in ensuring I had the correct reader and was aware of almost every course from the class coding. Very nice guy. It took about 3 minutes to get my whole bundle and while I waited was able to grab some candy.
I was able to use my credit card to purchase the book and was additionally informed that shipping is also an option.

Definitely worth going and buying the reader. Now that COVID is a thing, I feel that the quality and price of the reader is not only affordable but will help keep me focused as I use it to self study

Nice place. Hope more professors have me come here for my readers

Rudest manager in all of Westwood! He can barely communicate, and when he does you realize how much of a sham his business really is! What should have been a $105 course reader he charged me $150 for, after I asked to see what I was buying. On top of this, he started yelling incoherent ramblings about how "making money is impossible if you could read this", which I guess in his logic makes sense because then I would have realized I didn't need the reader!

It's a shame they have a monopoly over the Course Reader business, but if I were you, I would do everything in your power NOT to give them business! Ask your professors to print with Westwood Copies instead!

The low rating for this store is most likely the result of nonresponse bias - seems like only the people who received bad service are the ones who are rating this place. Went there today for a course reader - guy there was chill and service was quick, though this is just my personal experience which may not be representative of others’.

If zero star were an option I would rate that. Rudest customer service ever ever ever ever. I was just asking to see the book but the woman works there would not let me even touch it unless I pay. And they do not accept my credit card, simply giving the reason: that’s the policy. So rude!

I'm sure other people have had good experiences, but mine was not. They were extremely rude and unprofessional as soon as any problem arose when trying to receive my materials. They were not very helpful in resolving the issue and took a "not my problem" attitude. Disappointing.

Horrible customer service. Asked the guy who works there for a book with past papers for chem, and he wouldn't let me see it unless I payed for it; as if I'm gonna run out with it. Way to trust your customers, Course Reader Materials.
