Amazing! I completed 10 sessions of Breathwork with Love. He was very supportive of my process and it was important for me that he is a reiki practitioner and could help move energy. After each session I noticed different healing shifts within me. I highly recommend Love for Breathwork!

I highly recommend Breath Spirit Life. I have experienced multiple healing modalities here.

While I have experienced reiki in person before, I had never experienced a remote reiki healing session. Boy was I pleasantly surprised at how spot on their assessment of my energy centers and I appreciated the gentle healing and recommendations for continued self healing given.

I have participated in a group breathwork session via video conference. That was so relaxing, soothing, and healing for me. I felt like I had the facilitator’s individual attention while experiencing the benefit of multiple people intentionally doing healing work together.

The highlight for me of my experiences with Love included a multi-day spiritual integration and coaching session with my brother. We had intention setting, group and individual meditation, breathwork, and I even got cranial sacral work done. These experiences rank among some of the most meaningful healing and spiritual insight I have ever received.

I swear to god, source, and all that’s good- 1 breathwork session with Love helped me process SO much with my inner child. I had no idea that kind of healing was even possible. I feel like some coaches just give you homework, talk in circles, or worse… try to feed you solutions, but Love has helped me access my own knowing to move through some dark and confusing moments. I LOVE LOVE!!!!
