I hired Diana Wade over the phone after Charles Oren refused to take my case she was only involved in my case for two months at the most. it's a pandemic and everyone is self quarantined. She sent me all the legal documents and I sent them back and we spoke briefly on the phone less than ten times. I agreed to have my court hearing over the phone and it was on the day of the scheduled hearing. After about 10 minutes of their Dr all over the place, Diana said excuse me, but what about section I believe was 1008 for soft tissue damage due to the fact that I have 3rd and 4th degree burns and skin grafts and so much more. The Dr and judge said yes she meets the qualifications under that code. Judge dismissed everyone except for my attorney and the judge court reporter and myself. She complimentes me on my choice of attorney and says she did a great job for you and I was awarded SSI benefits and full medi-cal and a year of backpay. I cannot express how smart and attentive and professional Ms. Diana wade took the weight off my shoulders and I to this day have yet to meet her, see her face, shake hands and look what she did for me. I was in a two vehicle fatal wreck that burnt and injured me four people died that night and I am the sole survivor. It's alot to accept overnight and she is amazing. Just an advocate that is way better than any attorney I have dealt with. I have my lawsuit for the accident being dealt with by Chain coan and styles. My attorney asked me who represented me and ask for her info so he can now use her as a reference for clients who have been permanently disabled and need representation for clients.
