This book was just phenomenal. I was expecting words to tell the story, but then I found out that the book was a wordless comic. To be honest, I’m just speechless of the creativity of the pictures expressing the story better than words could ever by using my imagination. That concept alone is just out of this world for real. This is my third year of using this service, I’ve decided this will be my last. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Andre for tax preparation, especially for anything beyond very basic filings. This year, he made critical errors that nearly cost me $2,000 in unnecessary tax payments. I had to contact the IRS myself to identify the issue—he failed to input an important line on my return and also neglected to file the correct change of address form. As a result, I was mistakenly charged city taxes I no longer owed. Instead of taking responsibility, Andre asked me questions that suggested a lack of knowledge and accountability. When I requested a partial refund for the mistakes and time I spent correcting them, he refused and never offered an apology.

Tax preparation requires attention to detail and care for clients, not rushed work and dismissiveness. I will be reporting this experience and encourage others to find a tax professional who is thorough, knowledgeable, and truly committed to getting it right.

I had the opportunity to work with Dre and I can definitely say it was a great experience. The learning experience was amazing. He is a great teacher and works with everyone on an individual basis. I went from not having any knowledge about stocks to learning and able to navigate more on my own. The course was also self sufficient although Dre helps. I purchased his course about two years ago and he is still helping out now. He also has a great character which is rare to find because you can tell he loves what he does.
