I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to for this amazing woman and artist!
I have a collection of one of kind pieces from the Dusting Witch Gallery handcrafted by Jeannie Sandoval. Each piece has its own story to tell and Jeannine has a special gift of being able to help you find your perfect art piece by telling her about your personality or a friends personality if you need a gift! It’s extraordinary what she can do. The garden crosses, ring catcher bowl, and large sculpted bowl are all “me” in some way. Her work NEEDS to be seen in person if possible. The pictures are beautiful, but don’t do these pieces justice. Jeannine hand stamps into the pottery and it adds this texture onto the sides of the garden crosses that is magical. Each garden cross is different in size and shape. There isn’t a “mold”, which is what I love about them. My ring catcher has an opalescent coloring to it and changes color when the light hits it! It’s hard to put into words how much these pieces mean to me. The large sculpted bowl I own is full of photos of loved ones and golden leaves. The outside is painted a lovely pink with a pearlescent color and sweeping white flowers circling the bowl. This is a must stop off of Historic Route 66! If your heading to the Colorado River and are passing through the quant town of Topock, AZ, then make sure to look up Dusting Witch Gallery. As an artist myself, I am amazed and in awe of her craftsmanship and the time she puts into each piece. I could keep going on and on about her whimsical paintings, charming trinket dishes, and so much more... but I have to stop somewhere! Thank you Jeannine for sharing your gallery with me and I can’t wait to visit again!

I was gifted a gorgeous little bowl from this gallery a few years back, and have been wanting to add to the little collection since. There's something for everyone here! Colorful crosses, paintings, funny cards, amazing sculptures, and even one-of-a-kind aprons! I chose 3 little sculpted and hand painted pots. The owner/artist even talked to me to kind of figure out my personality and taste before giving me a suggestion on what she thought fit me best. Her suggestion was perfect. She has such a gift. So much love, talent, and hardwork is in that gallery.

I stopped in this shop on my way back home and I have to say, it was the highlight of my trip. Like a hidden gem, this gallery has so much shine and so much heart that you can find just about anything for anyone in your life. While looking through, the owner came out, introduced herself, and went into depth on multiple pieces. Her love for her craft is clearly shown in every single cross, pot, and card that decorated the space. After bringing a couple pieces to the register for purchase, she told me to pick a card. I went to her basket of handmade cards and picked one with gorgeous sunflowers. I brought it back to her and she smiled ear to ear, like she was happy to see that someone would enjoy it in their home as much as she enjoyed making it. This gallery and artist deserve nothing but love, a must see!
