ECA was a good partner in my subcontractor role. The project was well scoped and expectations were clearly set. There was regular communication between me, the client and ECA so that we were all clear on progress and issues. Payment was accurate and timely. ECA leadership was supportive in my direct interaction with the client, backing me up if expectations were not realistic or if there were issues.
