Hello Mr. Lundberg, your wife Genevieve Lundberg bought a bag from us and cancelled the payment she made saying the bag was faulty, but she did not return the bag to us, she was very rude to us even though we were very polite to her and blocked us.
We reached her from another phone number and she mocked us and said she would donate the bag to a charity.
We wanted to inform you as a last resort. I hope you can help us with this.

Mrs. Genevieve told us that she did not use the bag. Then we told her to send the bag to the address we gave her.
If she is using the bag, this is a bigger scandal, frankly.
Please return our bag that has not been paid for or pay for it if you are using the bag.
