Latonya was super rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment set for 6:20pm. I called at 6:21pm because I was in area but drove passed because my gps said turn right and I walked in the building at 6:25 pm she said I'm in the middle of a webinar I usually have my doors locked . I told her I had an appointment at 6;20 and I tried to call to get exact location she responded what good would that have done if I'm in a webinar, like don't have 6:20 listed as a time to come in if that's upsetting to you . I said that's why I tried to call she said well hurry up You have 3 min. Need more professionalism while running a business .

I visited this place to complete some things for my new job. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and explained everything. She was quick and patient. And also asked if I had any questions. Its hard to come across great customer service and glad I chose this place.

This was my first visit to have my taxes done by Ms Latonia and I loved everything from the moment I walked in. The friendliness and professionalism of staff was above and beyond. Ms Latonia was very knowledgeable and was extremely forthcoming with information. She came highly recommended by my older sister, and I am also highly recommending her.

Wonderful environment. Just left to get fingerprinting done for employment and receptionist was extremely sweet and welcoming. She also let me know the services rendered here and will be in contact to get my taxes done. Kindness goes a long way.

Mrs. Edwards prepared my taxes for the 1st time last year and I was a little concerned that they would be submitted on time (filed late ext.) but there were. However, she did mention that I would receive a letter with a penalty fee which I did. Mrs. Edwards stated, once I receive the letter to send it to her and she will respond to the IRS to have it waived. I emailed her the letter, followed up and left 3 messages, followed up again with a phone call. She finally responded by email and said she would email the IRS and put the letter in the portal once that was done. I checked back in a week but there was no letter. I followed up last week with an email stating my disappointment to see if this issue could be resolved. I ended up having to contact the IRS myself because to this day, nothing. I am taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend her services!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

I want to compliment Kimberly Ruffin, the receptionist at Edwards Admin and Bookkeeping. I went in today to have my fingerprints processed for employment purposes. She was warm, friendly, polite, patient and helpful. The machine wasn't cooperating with us and she calmly, with a smile worked it out. Thanks Kimberly!
