My experience with Efficient Ghostwriters is philatelic, discussing, sickening, alarmingly number of hidden cost which clearly violates the FTC, unlimited numbers of Bait and Switch, unlimited crime,
"All tools which helps the marketing your Book for instance (Website, Book Trailer) will be up and running within a month. Everything will be ready by the 10 September 2021 and a failure to have it completed will lead to a 100% refund."

The rating I would would be a minus 100% your corrupted to the Core which as ugly as one ever could imagine.
Your word means nothing you and Efficient Ghostwriter team have violated every statute under the Federal Trade Commission over 23 months of empty promises you and your team's failure to deliver throughout this ugly period of time. I hereby asking for a refund of $1700.00 USD . Let's back up to the August 9, 2022 when our discussion lead to agreeing to mailing me the "Premium Marketing Diamond Plan" which Efficient Ghostwriters intentionally had no date attached to this document. Because they failed to disclose that after taking my visa for $2500 . Ten days after my Visa cleared the banking system I received a contract which had the name "Diamond " removed thus it became a "Bait and Switch " document which turned out to be a Skeleton of the Premium Marketing Diamond Plan.

These guys totally ripped me off. I hired them in December 2021, to write a book for me. They have a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee in their contract. They couldn't even get chapter one correctly completed. The grammar was terrible, the content was wrong, there was a lot of miss information. I had to keep going back and keep correcting them, but never once did they ever get it right. I finally requested to get my money back.
I was assured by Mrs. Davis, who was one of the people assigned to my file that she would make sure 100% that they would get the chapter correct. Well, it wasn't correct. Then Steve parker, the GM called me and told me all my conversations were pre-recorded and begged me to give them one more shot. I felt like I was in a car dealership. I sent him a message and told him I wanted a refund. When I didn't get my money back , I went to my bank and disputed the charge. Several weeks later, my bank informed me that my dispute had been answered by Efficient Ghostwrite and they sent over documents that said they were in the right in keeping my money. I was in shock!! They knew they kept messing up and told me I would get a refund. They are trying to keep my money. Desperate times for desperate measures for them. They must be desperate for money because people aren't hiring them. BEWARE before hiring these guys. Their English is broken, and that is evident in their writing skills, at lease for mine. I am still disputing their charge with my bank. I responded back with a copy of their contract and their emails.
I hope this will prove they owe me my money back. Let's see what kind of creative lie they will respond with this time to try to keep my money. They are dishonest in my opinion. Good luck to all of you!

I believe this company is nothing more than a scam. My 80-year old friend paid almost $15k up front almost a year ago and nothing has been done. They promised they would refund her money but haven't done so and now won't take her calls. She is destitute and has been taken advantage of.
