Mr Cousins was very thorough with inspecting my potential new home. From well to interior, exterior to detached garage, he looked over everything and answered any questions I had. The final report was very thorough, and outlined all issues. I would recommend him to anyone needing inspection services.

Will is pleasant to work with but more importantly great at his work. From getting down into crawl spaces to examining the roof, he is extremely thorough. He takes time to point out problems and answer any questions. His report is impressive with lots of detail including photos and recommendations. The report was instrumental in me getting a nice reduction in purchase price. He is the best inspector that I’ve ever worked with, and I highly recommend him.

Will was very prompt in scheduling our home inspection. Immediately following the inspection, Will called to discuss the details and provided a 70 page report with pictures the same day. It was very thorough and Will answered our follow-up questions. Absolutely would recommend if you need a home inspection. Price was very reasonable.

Elite did a fantastic job on our inspection. Will was very clear about what was included and very easy to work with. We met him on-site while he was performing the inspection and he was very personable and more than happy to answer all of the questions we had while there. He provided a very thorough report, the same day he completed the inspection, and was available to answer any questions we had after reviewing the report. I highly recommend Elite.
