We worked with Rob Tait and Celena Hinkelman to sell our home in Castle Rock, CO. Early in the process, we experienced delays in task completion and had to follow up multiple times to receive items we needed. I eventually had to set clear expectations with them, which was an unfortunate but necessary step.

We also encountered an issue during the inspection: the electrical box was locked and couldn’t be accessed. Rob initially suggested having the inspector return at our expense. I declined, as we should have been asked to unlock it ahead of time. He later arranged for his inspector to return at no cost to us — which, in our view, should have been the first offer.

Beyond those issues, communication was generally mediocre. I didn’t get the impression that this was a “luxury” firm, and it often felt like Rob and Celena were too busy with other clients. Even basic questions sometimes went unanswered for what I considered an unreasonable amount of time.

Finally, after closing, communication ceased entirely. While a post-closing follow-up or congratulations isn’t required, it would have been appreciated.

Overall, I would not use this firm again and would not recommend them.

Jim Cavoto is INCREDIBLE! I was in the market to buy a home earlier this year after not buying a house in 20 years. Jim stepped in after a not-so-wonderful experience with another agent. Jim took time to understand what I wanted in my dream home; he attended all of the home viewings, provided comparable properties so I felt good about the purchase price, offered welcomed advice as I balanced my “must haves” vs. “really want” home features, and supported me during my negotiations with the seller.

Jim is experienced and has an incredible reputation. He understands and clearly articulates the entire process of buying a home and obtaining a mortgage.

While buying a home is always stressful, Jim offered support through his network of industry professionals such as an inspector, appraisers and even someone for a quick turn around for sewer repairs. He was ALWAYS responsive to my calls, questions, and the need to close in time to terminate a rental lease. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jim and his team!

Maybe they are a good company but apparently they hire poorly. Their employee Prospera Loza goes online by Duncan Loza likes to troll people on his free time with no provication. He literally contacted me for the sole purpose of bullying me. Maybe he was jealous he couldn't afford the Lamborghini I was selling. Maybe he is just a troll and does thsi to everyone. Anyways his childish behavior makes the whole team look bad. See screenshots attached.
