They sent me a resume and convinced me that it was industry standard when it absolutely was not. I accepted the resume and was told multiple times by multiple different hiring managers that the resume was not industry standard and to reformat the entire thing. I went ahead and changed the entire resume myself and basically wrote a whole new resume. I reached out for a refund and was denied. I paid $350 total for an unusable resume. Use someone else, he collects your money then outsources the resume writing.
