I used ExamFX to advance my career in insurance with an outstanding company. I had no trouble with the quizzes or software, the Pearson exams were available no less than a week away after I completed the course, and the background check appointment and results were virtually instant. Their program is thorough and comprehensive, and I passed my licensing exam on the first try, finished in about a half an hour. Pages and pages of notes and concentrating on the exam outline for my state, I was serious about my study, and as advised, made careful study of the regulation guidelines, and additionally, the state-specific regulation guidelines in quizlet pages . At the same time, the group instructor for the live classes kept the sessions interesting with his knowledge and seriously funny timing and humor. Can't leave out that "fine person" must be in the job description because I was very happy to have met such professional, thoughtful people who do their best to offer memorization techniques, listen to their students, and respond to feedback.

I’ve used examfx for both my P&C (2024) and Life license (2025). I passed both exams on my first try and completed both the courses in under a month. I got the video study w flashcards both times. Readiness exam should allow us to review wrong answers like the practice exam does to help better study but overall no system problems and user friendly online course.

ExamFX is pathetic. I suffered a family emergency and wasn't able to complete my online learning. You can't access their online after the deadline occurs for online access, without paying additional fees. You would think that after paying $300+ dollars to them that they would be flexible and not have content that has to be completed within a certain time frame.

Thanks to hours of studying and ExamFX for helping me pass the NC Life Insurance Exam yesterday afternoon. Follow their recommendations. Read each chapter, watch the videos and take all the tests and quizzes multiple times. Practice tests and readiness exams are very helpful in solidifying the knowledge gained. Definitely recommend!

There entire course is all about money. The information isn’t match what’s on the life insurance test. You pay 300+ dollars for a book that you have access to for 60 days. After that you have to an additional 90+ dollars to extend access to the book. The pass guarantee isn’t that effective. They have this clause where you have to take the test within 3 days after passing the exam, which in my case wasn’t beneficial because I passed the exam online but you still have to wait until an instructor becomes available to complete the live portion of training required by the state. Then you have to wait days for PEARSON to have availability to test which is usually weeks away while your access to the course material is still counting down. I really wish I didn’t attend this place. It’s a waste of money and it’s not truly pass or money back guaranteed.

Website has a lotttt of technical issues. Currently taking my pre-licensing courses for life and health insurance and it has put me behind with my studies.

Every time I tried to log in, it takes me to the checkout page and can't get to my courses. I have invested so much time to try solving the issue. Including, tried other devices.

Hoping someone sees this and can help since customer service is closed!

Site down for days right before my exam is set to take place. Won’t let you proceed to other content without completing quizzes but those are bugged out and won’t appear so I can’t proceed to study. Bad customer service. Unwilling to consider a refund despite the unreliability of their course. Poor and drab course content to begin with. Would not recommend using this site for your studies.

passed my pa health exam first time. alot people make me afraid exam no good . it works on my end... i will take PA life exam next hopefully things workout .

The only thing I don’t like it’s .. they make me buy an another package of life insurance by itself for me to take the life exam .. I already bought the combo life and health insurance. They could have let me use the combo certificate .. I pay another 185 $ for the same thing.
