The room is OK. But the place is dirty.
Halls lobby, elevator all are dirty.
Carpets not vacuumed.
Corners of the rooms have dirt in them.
Water stain in the bathroom.

Hard bed.
I guess if you have a bad back, it may be good.
Things are pretty worn.
No bugs so far.

TERRIBLE. Old & run down. Room was advised with fully equipped kitchen. There was absolutely NOTHING in the cupboards. Not even a cup to make a coffee. Was told we had to request anything we want & we had go to reception to get it. I requested a toaster & they didn’t have one. They only had 1 bowl. No coat hangers Pillows were terrible. I requested some more & they were just as bad. I had to take our used towels to reception to get fresh ones. Rooms could be serviced once a fortnight. I can’t think of anything that was good about it

“I recently stayed at the Extended Stay America in Stevenson Ranch, Santa Clarita, CA, and my experience was exceptional, thanks to the wonderful management team. From the moment I arrived, the manager made me feel right at home, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, always greeting guests with a smile and a willingness to help. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked, which made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a home away from home. The room was fine, the beds looked like they were done in a hurry or someone laid down after the room was cleaned. The police were there around 4am new years day, some domestic thing going on. I never saw any staff except when i checked in but the location was great and they should replace the elevator.

The housekeepers were very kind! Sarah and Natalie are very sweet people. Sarah helped me take out my trash because I was limping and Natalie kindly grabbed me some towels. They were all super sweet! They both greeted me with smiles and made sure I was okay my entire stay!

I was happy I only had to stay one night. First, the lobby and hall floors were dirty. The double room I booked had no microwave, however the receptionist provided cooking utensils, pots, etc., since no other room was available. ...Staff were very helpful and friendly. But, the room was so very disgusting!! The floors were filthy...dirty and covered in dog hair. The bathroom was worse...the toilet had pee all down the front. The sink was filthy. The whole room smelled like dog, and human urine. I spent two hours cleaning as I was so disgusted. We could not use the air conditioner unit as it smelled like urine. There are no vents in bathroom nor kitchen. ...you have to leave windows open...which only open about three inches. We had to sleep with windows open due to smell and inability to use air unit. I know that you can't receive a refund on hotel stays, but, if this were a different service, I would be demanding a refund. We usually stay in our RV, so this only reaffirms to me why I don't use hotels. I guess I hoped for better. My daughter had to have surgery the next morning, yet, she spent the night before nauseous from the nasty hotel room. I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked... apparently numerous other guests have complained about the lack of cleanliness. Hotel management responds with apologies and repeated assertions that cleanliness is a priority. It is obviously meaningless verbage. So, instead of a meaningless apology with no intention of improvement, I am requesting a refund.

Honestly thanks to Andrew and Natalie this morning and the staff last night. With us getting evacuated from
The fires they have been extremely helpful. I’m really glad we choose here to stay. During this time in our lives it’s nice to know there’s still really good people out here coming together.

Compliments to the housekeeper maintaining our room however the owners of this location should be ashamed. I don't think the windows have been washed since this was built the grounds were filthy and the room had chips in the walls. The hotel reminded me nice frosting on a horrible cake. As I said the Linens were clean the floors are clean and the bathroom as clean as somebody could do with corroded sink fixtures horrible countertops. The list could go on and on if you needed any dishes you have to ask or any ice. We were told you could buy a bag and they would reimburse you. Don't drink the water the pipes were full of lead we were told. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody
