I called to get a quote for commercial sign. The agent on the phone told me that she needs to collect ALL my personal information before she can answer ANY questions. My question was simple, do you work in Sunny Isles and can you file the permit for the store front sign. I politely asked to let me know general info first, and then she said "it's a not a good idea for you to use our services" and hung up.

If you are trying to do a commercial sign at this place , don’t even waist your time calling , much less showing up , because you won’t get much help from this people. Not only they are short in staff but their employees have no idea what they are doing .Very unprofessional and lack of communication.
