The gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. He spent over half an hour helping me find the cheapest rate for my package to Europe, even staying past business hours. Highly recommended!

The nice man that works there is one of the most patient and helpful individuals ive ever met. Went in to do a fingerprinting and did everything to make sure i did the process correctly and even contacted customer support for me to correct an error that I made on my end. If you have to go to a post office, go here! 🙂

I'm extremely disappointed with this mailbox service. It's almost impossible to access my mail because the office is constantly closed during posted business hours. I've lost count of how many times I've made trips here, only to find the doors locked with no explanation. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when I have important packages that I can't retrieve.

There's no point in offering a service that people can't rely on. The lack of consistency and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs reliable access to their mail.

Save yourself the hassle and find a service that actually honors its business hours. P.O. Plus in the Castro is much cheaper and has reasonable operating hours.

Came here to get a live scan, but will definitely be using Fillmore Postal for all of my mailing needs! The owner is incredibly kind. The live scan process was less than 10 minutes and was super straightforward. Prices are very reasonable and I was able to get my passport photo taken too! Highly recommend this post office.

Wonderful service! There is also a self-serve option to scan in your own packages so you can get in and out very quickly. They accept UPS, FedEx, and USPS so it's a great one-stop shop!

I recently visited this postal office for Live Scan services, and the experience was excellent. The process was quick and easy with no lines. The owner was very professional and a pleasure to work with. They accept all types of cards, including Amex. I can definitely recommend this place for any postal or Live Scan needs!
