Krystal has been absolutely wonderful in helping my daughter understand her adhd and how her brain works. She’s also really helped her to find creative and easy to implement ways to overcome some of her challenges with executive function. This, in turn, has helped increase my daughter’s self esteem and decrease her anxiety. Highly, highly recommend!!

Krystal has been an INCREDIBLE coach! I was diagnosed with ADHD my last year of college, and was struggling to come to terms with it and figure out the proper skills to manage it outside of medication to function properly. I had a free consultation with her where she heard my story and talked through what the coaching services would be like, and it was so helpful I decided to continue with her! I have seen such a turnaround since I began working with her, even my friends and family had noticed. Could not recommend anyone more to help you with life skills and management!

Krystal has been an amazing resource for our daughter (and me)! Her expertise as an executive functioning coach has given us the tools she needs to use her ADHD diagnosis as an advantage in her life rather than looking at it as a hurdle. Highly recommend!
