We outsourced the college selection and application process for our child to General Academic. After an introductory call regarding our situation with Mr. Samuel, our child independently made appointments to work on their college applications.
Mr. Samuel is very kind and patient. Our child received support regarding picking the colleges that suit their interests and future goals. With Mr. Samuel’s support they strategically prepared the different essays for the early application due dates.
The whole senior year with the college applications is quite challenging and nerve wrecking for the whole family. We are very glad and grateful that Mr. Samuel supported our child.
We highly recommend GA and Mr. Samuel for college counseling!!!

My child found it easy to work with Caroline. She provided great testing tips and explained concepts easily. Matthew and Stephen were quick in responding to inquires and answering questions about tutoring, testing, or even schools and the application process. The service here felt very personal. We appreciate the extra attention. I highly recommend their services!

We came back for the summer SAT prep and found Andrew to be very informative and provide the clarity our child needed to succeed and thrive. I highly recommend Andrew, for the class, or as an individual tutor.

We had a great experience with General Academic. Our son took ISEE prep Saturday course, and it helped him improve his score.

The co-owner Stephen was very helpful with pre course test and actual ISEE test result analysis. He helped strategize what areas needed more work and what resources would be most effective. He also gave us good insights of high school admission process and preparations.

The instructor Sonia was great. She gave us a good study plan beyond the course, and she made sure that our son was well prepared for the test.

My son went to General Academic to prepare for the ISEE test. A friend at his scouting told me about GA, her two daughters love it there for SAT.
I call and talked to Mr Matthew he was very nice, professional and answered all of my question. Mr Andrew help my son and he did much better on his second ISEE test. I am very happy because what he learned at GA also help him with his school work.
