We used this company for our sorority composites and they were not great to work with. The photographer was not kind and the pictures did not turn out well. The lighting and posing made everyone look very different than they do. I do not recommend this company whatsoever!

wanted to write this review now that i have graduated, but yall really need to tell your photographers to not be lowkey racist. i know i was the only asian at the time of the shoot, but having the photographer ask if i was from China in front of my fraternity brothers when i was born at the hospital down the street from our school and then continuing to playfully scold them for making the "small lady" carry out basic equipment is not a good look. Didn't even receive the individual pictures files as told and I ended up taking matters into my own hands and getting my own camera and making the composites myself now that the current brothers are more diverse. We have not come back since, but at least the composite looks nice. Photographer was some middle aged dude, i hope he isn't working for yall anymore

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Last year we used them for our composite and they made all of us red. I mean like people who have blonde hair into strawberry blondes. I personally have red hair and suddenly I was a fire truck red head. When we asked them to fix it they did not want to and refused to do it. This year we went with someone else and instead of taking our silence (we ghosted them like they ghosted us) they emailed our ENTIRE chapter about 10 times asking us to give them our coordinator’s email. I don’t appreciate being turned into a tomato and I really don’t appreciate being emailed like that in the span of 5 minutes about 10 times

We have used Greek Yearbook for our sorority composites for the past 2 years and they have never disappointed! They make the process so easy and walk you through any issues that may arise. We have loved the energy each photographer has brought and it has truly made this a lovely experience every time.

If I could give this company 0 stars-I would! The product they are delivering is NOT worth the cost! This company is delivering a product that is cheap and the quality is less than desired. Take your own photos of your daughter or son and have them printed at Costco. This company might as well be printing on a home printer as that is the quality of the picture you will receive. I wish I had looked at the previous reviews on this company. Lesson learned.

Our chapter uses GYB for our bid day photos and they always are well done and the photographer is quick and professional. We did not receive a specialty picture that one member ordered but the customer service rep was very helpful at getting this issue resolved quickly and at no cost to us. All of the communication with this company was efficient and made the process easy.

DO not use this company. GYB is very hard to communicate with, they push you to sign documents and pay for photos that are sub-par. The composite with this company is significantly worse than any other one we have used. My house had two contracts signed at once, (one with another company and one with GYB) and they were very unwilling to work with me and gave me a very hard time when I switched back to the old company. Please do yourself a favor and find a different company

I updated my review from 1 to 3 stars because they attempted fix the issues with my pictures. However the quality is still very poor I paid over $100 for two 8x10.
