I’ve used Groundhopper now to attend five or six matches in London and cannot recommend them highly enough. Incredibly user friendly. Find a fixture you want to attend, consult with a Groundhopper employee, and book. It’s quick and efficient and personalized, and I strongly suggest that anyone thinking of attending some European “football” matches begin and end their search for tickets with Groundhopper.

Can’t recommend Groundhopper enough! My friend and I had a trip to London and wanted to go to a game. I spent a ton of hours researching the tickets and spent money joining the memberships of two clubs to try to get tickets and that was the biggest waste of money and time as I then came across Groundhopper and wished I had found them sooner! I inquired about a Liverpool at Crystal Palace game and they responded within a few hours with packages and pricing and a whole bunch of information. We got two tickets in an amazing spot in the stadium and had the best time at the game!!! They kept us in the loop with all the information we needed and we felt thoroughly prepared for everything including transportation, pre-game, getting into the stadium, and even post game. We’re already trying to figure out when we can go back and will absolutely be using Groundhopper again. Save yourself the stress of trying to do it on your own. Well worth the money to know you have actual tickets!

Recently went to Manchester City v. Tottenham game. Highly recommend Groundhopper Soccer Guides! Everything went perfectly and the customer service was outstanding. We wanted to bring my son to a Premier League game as a graduation gift. He's a huge Manchester City fan but was thrilled just to go to any game. Recently used Groundhopper Soccer Guides and couldn't recommend them enough when travelling to see a game. It's so hard to buy tickets for Premier League games when you aren't or don't know a member. Saw Chelsea v Newcastle at Stamford Bridge and had the best experience. The team is so helpful & answered any enquiries we had before & after we bought tickets. We were sent the tickets about a week before the game. We chose more premium seats (Captain's Bar) & it was great! Thought seeing a Premier League game would be a once in a lifetime experience, but I think we'll be back booking with Groundhopper again soon.

My husband and I attended the Tottenham v. Arsenal game on 09/15/24 and working with Groundhopper Soccer Guides was completely seamless and the game was an experience of a lifetime. We had a great experience with GroundHopper! We saw Liverpool v Manchester City @ Anfield on 12/1/24. These tickets were very hard to get but the team at GroundHopper helped us get great seats. I also appreciate their online videos showcasing the lounges at Anfield. And the photos of the real view from the seats is very realistic. There’s no guessing. Last, we had a last minute issue come up, whereby the last train back to London after the game was cancelled. Paul tipped us off that we should walk back to the train station (2 miles) to beat the crowd who were waiting for taxis. We did just that and were able to hurry onto the earlier train back, while others either missed the train, or were stuck standing for 3 hours on the full train. Very pleased all around!
