Brad L’Engle helped me with two home loans, and a refinance. With each of these it was very clear he cared that : everything went well, I understood what was needed, if I had any questions or concerns I should feel free to call, and the processes should go smoothly.
They did go smoothly and I felt my modest home purchases were given respect. Not being at all well versed in the world of mortgages, I did have at least a few questions and concerns, and always felt comfortable calling.
This past week I had a financial concern which was only tangentially connected to my present 2017 home loan. I emailed Brad. He took the time to call me back and helped me understand the situation and what would be best to do. It meant a lot.
Brad is a great communicator, a highly respected professional, and he is kind.
It’s a pleasure to work with a person with knowledge and values.

Brad and his team helped us purchase our first home and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Moving from California to Texas, we were originally looking to work with a local loan officer in Texas. But quickly switched to Brad because he made us feel incredibly comfortable and answered all the questions we had when starting and along the loan process.
