The communication was probably my favorite part of the process. The entire team was included on most communications, so all questions could be answered quickly, clearly and professionally, without overly communicating or badgering. The product quality team caught an issue and corrected it before I received the product, so once I got my boxes they were all perfect.

The price was right, the turnaround was good, and the customer service was strong. I’ll be returning to this company in the future for my next projects.

We used this company for our PR Boxes to send out to influencers. Our rep was Michael and he was great to work with. Very communicative. We had one issue with the inserts for inside the box but Michael went above and beyond to ensure our product would fit nicely. We sent him a few bottles to ensure sizing was perfect and there was a solution for the problem. We will work with them again in the future.
