No store does more than my H-E-B (plus)! Although they are going through renovations now, it is still pretty easy to find everything I need when I go in.

I’m a big curbside user and have only had a problem not receiving my items once. They were quick to get my missing item ready for me. All had to do was show up, park & text the number for them to bring my missing item right out to me!

What a gem this HEB is! The location is super convenient, right off the expressway, and the customer service was excellent. Despite the remodeling, everything was accessible and fully stocked with so many options. It was hard to leave without spending more than I planned! I love that they always offer such a wide variety, especially healthier options compared to any other grocery store. I’m obsessed with gummy candies, but I could never find a healthier version until I discovered a great brand at this store! HEB always gets it right!

The Produce Department is as bad as the Dairy Department.

The Dairy Manager must be on vacation. Again!
You would think the GM would take a walk through the store and notice that the shelves are empty. Again! No 1/2 gallon Whole milk.
Q) What kind of manager allows this to happen?
A) An incompetent manager.

Today they ran out of 1/2 gallon whole milk.
When I settled for Fat Free, the only option available, I purchased 1 which left the remaining inventory at 3.
Q) What kind of manager allows his store to run out of milk?

I’m guessing the General Manager has been on vacation for over a month.
It’s time for an Area Manager to step in.

GREAT to know that you want to talk to me. Management certainly wasn’t interested in a one on one conversation. I can’t imagine what else you might need for me to tell you. The pictures speak a thousand words. Instead of me reaching out to you, why don’t you take a walk through the store.

I usually love this store. However I’m unsure what’s going lately. Did a pickup order yesterday and it didn’t go well. Produce had holes, mold, and was browning. Ordered 2.5lbs of roast for a dinner I’m making and ended up with only a smidge over a pound. Double and triple check your orders or you’ll end up back at the store again the next day.

I love this H.E.B. I remember my brothers and I placing and finishing concrete here when it was first built. I just recently shopped here, and I see it's under construction again. I can't wait to see it once it's renovated

I don't understand a company as large as HEB, always seems have some produce each week that has mold on it or rotten...
How is that possible? Where are your protocols for freshness?
How is it that your scales always have problems? Call you vendors to make sure they all work properly and to ensure the stickers come out so the HEB Go App works on them.

Also, figure out a way to combine the digital coupons and the Go App together, it is a complete waste of customers time to have both apps up and have to go back and forth at checkout

Why is it that your Halibut always sticks?
Fresh fish doesn't smell. Every time I want some, I ask if it has a odor and everytime the fishmonger says yes.

Your meats are wonderful, your private labeled items are great and your staff is always friendly.

I have called your main corporate number and nothing is done to improve any of this

I use to love this heb but not anymore. Delivery or curbside is the worst now. It's best to go shopping for yourself. I did a delivery and order some beef neckbones and I received just bones. Called customer service and the young lady was very nice and requested another delivery for a better pack( with meat on it). Well I recived basically the same thing. Called back and spoke to a supervisor and he basically said they can't offer a refund cause they've been delivered twice! Who's running this store or meat department

Wow. We have been sitting for over 30 minutes waiting on curbside delivery. Still waiting. They literally have one cart coming out at a time. Where is their workforce. Don’t do curbside here. I could have shopped it all my self. Be prepared to wait a long time.
