Shac is an incredible associate. Friendly professional and really goes to bat for his customers. I bought the vehicle before upon delivery before they got a chance to do the full new car prep and Shac is making sure I get everything I need for the car. Dan the sales manager was great as well helped me come to the number we needed to make everything work. Truly fought for his customers while keeping a professional attitude and not give away the house. Perfect middle ground. Chris the finance manager was kind and easy to work with explained everything to the T and even worked hard to get us a better rate. Overall 5 stars. Highly recommend for your next vehicle purchase.

Exceptional experience buying my 2023 Equinox from Honda of Ocala. Leqwan was very patient and took my specific requests seriously. Through Leqwan we were able to successfully broker a deal that met all my requirements. Even though my battery died after 2 days and the Bluetooth wasn’t working (after confirmation through tech troubleshooting) they were willing to work with me and see if they could rectify both situations in good faith. In all my experiences with dealerships, this was by far the smoothest and the quickest.

I went in to look and was happy to be helped by Mr. Joshua Peacock. He and his coworkers went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle. Ms. Taylor was an amazing help and incredibly understanding of my circumstances and went above and beyond helping me get the best insurance quote possible. I would recommend 10 times over. I bought a brand new honda civic a few months ago. The way they treat new vehicles before they are even made available for sale is pretty sad. My new car came with a scratched up bezel around the shifter. Before it was detailed, it had dirt or sand on the shifter area and a streak like someones hand had dirt on it or something, or whoever was processing the car. I dont even know how something like this could happen processing a new vehicle for sale. I brought this up to the sales guy, but it was dark out by the time I drove the vehicle home so I assumed it was either fixed, or something that needed to be cleaned because it was hard to see if it was just dirty and needed to be cleaned or something. Otherwise I love the car, but I would drive to Gainesville or Orlando where they are likely a little kinder to new vehicles before they hand them over to a customer.

My Father purchased an HR-V from Honda of Ocala one year ago. He passed away recently and we had no need for the car. He was the sole owner and a good bit "upside down" with his loan. Finance Manager Troy was quite compassionate and worked with us to reduce the balance outstanding as well as getting us top dollar for the vehicle. He also stretched to help us conclude the transaction by accepting the car before the title could be cleared due to my Dad's sole ownership.

His understanding and work, turned what we were expecting to be a tough visit into one of the more pleasant experiences we've had in trying to settle his affairs. Thank you!
