The team at Hunsberger Dunn LLP were very professional from the word go. Although this review shows the name of Gary Greene, he was my spouse (now deceased) and I worked with HDLLP to re-work our trust into a survivor's trust for me. Although it was at times a tedious and time consuming process, they handled it all smoothly and made of point of responding quickly to any and all questions/concerns I had as I worked thru the process. I was particularly relieved that they worked with the county to ensure a smooth transfer of title for my residence. Genene, Serena, Faith and the others with whom I had interaction were always professional and competent.

Should you need Probate guidance, I highly recommend Hunsberger Dunn LLP. After my Mother's passing, had no clue how to get her estate through probate. Fortunately I picked Hunsberger Dunn LLP. Genene Dunn and staff were incredible. The process was very easy for me as they handled all aspects includingcourt appearances..including recommending an incredible real estate agent to sell my Mother's home. My wife and I needed an overall estate plan with wills, advanced medical directives, property and asset identification, as well as executor and beneficiary assignment. We only had a vague idea about what was needed or required to set up something like this.
We made the initial appointment and information exchange with Genene Dunn who was very helpful in guiding us through the myriad of information needed.
After being provided with draft copies to review, the notary signatures and final copies were completed and a comprehensive folder was received.
