I had a number of coaching sessions with Olga, and she helped me to work through some issues that caused me to have an overly emotional reaction at work that drained my energy. When I started having circular conversations in my mind, I knew it was time to see Olga. I would try to fix things in my mind, but I would get stuck on a merry-go-round: feeling upset over and over again even though I had enough thinking about it!

During sessions, Olga helped me discover that the situation at work reminded me of a difficult childhood experience. I got relief during the session, but the real test came later when I had interactions at work. I was so curious because in the same situations now I felt calm, centered, and not scared at all! I could do my job effectively and deal with issues straight away without feeling completely drained. So since then, no more conversations in my mind – only in the real world!

It's really not that easy to write this review. It seems that the more profound and fundamental changes, the more difficult it is to express them in words. And the shift and transformation that happened in the course of the sessions with Olga took place at a level that affected many aspects of my personality.

I came with a request to work through a traumatic childhood experience. Additionally, after my recent break-up, longing and pain occupied a large part of my mind . I was struck by how softly and naturally Olga works. With respect for my feelings and my situation, she carefully and periodically, with humor, guided me through the process when new and new layers of old experiences were torn apart.

I can't logically describe how it was done, but now nine months later, I am ready to state with confidence - my traumatic flashbacks loosened their grip. I became a more holistic and charismatic person.

The subconscious is truly omnipotent. Half a year later, I accidentally met my ex-girlfriend in another country! Unbeknownst to each other, we relocated and settled in houses across the street! It might sound like the fictional plot of a romantic movie, but this is what happened to me. We had an opportunity to be together again and finalize our relationship.

When change happens subconsciously, the results will manifest in the physical world; it is only a matter of time and your readiness.
