Great service and especially if you have any maintenance issues. Vince communicated with me and arrived promptly, he did an excellent job quickly resolving the issue. Very happy with how quickly everything was handled from beginning to end.

This is not luxury apartments! Keep this in mind when you want to live here. You will be offered only old and problematic apartments here. I've been calling maintenance specialists at least once a week for a year. Do you think the problems have been fixed? No. They appeared again and again. At the very least, it violates privacy. You can also say goodbye to your left deposit in advance, because you will definitely not get it back, but you will also receive an additional fee, because these old apartments need to be put in order for new tenants with some money.
There are many problems with water and appliances. No sidewalks for safety. In addition, they point out that housing is suitable for the disabled - this is a lie. There aren't even proper paths to walk around with a stroller.

The gym and pool can be closed at random, you will never know the reason. Garbage is not taken out regularly.

Thieves broke into our car. Although they supposedly have a security patrol. In fact, all this patrol can do is chase residents away from public areas after 22pm.

If you take the time to read through the reviews from five years ago, you'll hit the nail on the head, because nothing has changed since then. They only need your money - before my eyes, the curb outside the office was painted red three times a year. Everything outside the office area is not their problem.
I also faced a terrible situation. I know two languages and some of the maintenance staff thought I didn't speak English. I heard them discussing my house and me among themselves. It's at least not ethical on their part. Just be careful being in this place. Take care of yourself!

We had a great experience from beginning to end with IMT Stevenson Ranch. Chelsea was who we worked with and she did such an amazing job. She was very responsive, and answered all of our questions. She also went the extra mile to assist with putting delivered packages into the apartment to eliminate us having to come by and pick them up. She is awesome and she made our experience fantastic. We recently had the pleasure of touring a property with Patrick Moyna, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! I went with my parents, who don’t speak much English, and Patrick was so sweet and patient, taking the time to ensure all of their questions (and mine!) were answered thoroughly. He made us feel comfortable and never rushed, which was incredibly appreciated. Beyond the tour, Patrick was extremely helpful in following up with phone calls and guiding us through the application process. Although my parents ultimately decided not to move forward, the service and care we received was exceptional. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and knowledgeable guide! I was in the need for a nice safe apartment and the convenience of this place so close to the freeway and sitting on a hill with a great view was one of the big reasons. However, I must say what really made my decision to live here was the amazing customer service, friendliness and caring energy that emanated from all the staff but particularly from Chelsea. She was with me from the very beginning to the whole process of approval and touring. She would constantly check in with me and address any questions I had with a swift and detailed response. When the time came to finally move in she wrote me a very sweet handwritten letter welcoming me and telling me how happy she was for me. The extent of these little things, the going above and beyond, and the overall friendliness one feels similarly to a close friend/family makes one feel very welcome and for this reason I decided to take the time and write this review. Chelsea thank you for everything and always wishing you all the best.

I wanted to share how happy I am with my apartment. From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the quality of the space and the overall living experience. The apartment is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable place to live. The management team has been fantastic—always responsive, professional, and friendly, which has made my time here even more enjoyable.

The community is well-maintained, and the amenities are a great bonus. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to live here. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home!

Do not move into IMT Stevenson Ranch. We moved out March 2024 and management made a mistake on our move out bill. We were told this would be corrected and we would be sent a new bill. At the end of April we were surprised with a collections call, & were forced to pay so it wouldn’t affect our credit. Getting ahold of management at Stevenson Ranch and getting them to fix this problem has been atrocious. July 2024 is when my calls finally produced some result and they updated our move out bill. However
we are still owed the difference. Collections is saying IMT Stevenson Ranch needs to reach out to them, IMT Stevenson Ranch claims, “They don’t usually handle that.” Collections said our refund could be processed the same day if they would just verify the new move out bill is correct. It is now October 21, 2024. They’ve been giving me the run around for 7 months, and upon seeing prior reviews, move out issues seem to be common. Don’t move here unless you want to deal with the awful management.

Edit: Almost immediately after I posted my review I was given a refund. However, I am doubling down on what I said, I HAD contacted IMT Stevenson Ranch directly because collections told us their office needed to fix it and update the account for them to issue us a refund. That’s when I was told by management that they didn’t usually handle that, and I tried explaining that collections told me they were waiting on them to respond to them in order to verify the new bill. They just didn’t care until I called them out publicly.
