If you are a new patient and want in person therapy, go somewhere else.
Even though I was able to book an in person appointment online with the therapist I chose from the list on their website, I then got a call and say the person isn’t accepting new patients and the only option is virtual with another provider.
The person who called completely lacked empathy or caring and if she’s an example of their practice I wouldn’t want to go there.
Experience was completely opposite of what you want in therapy, AVOID them!

My husband and I sought premarital counseling from Bryant in November '22, and our experience with him was excellent. He offered us valuable insights and guidance during our sessions. As a result, we had initially planned to continue working with him in the future. However, despite providing our insurance information and being assured that our insurance would be billed, we discovered that our insurance had not been billed for the services. We attempted to contact the team multiple times to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response from them.

I want to reiterate that Bryant was fantastic, and we had no complaints about his expertise and support. However, as a personal preference, we would have preferred to have the fees billed through our insurance rather than paying out of pocket.

I love this practice. It’s easy to schedule an appt, and they ALWAYS get back to you. Bryant has been the best therapist I’ve ever seen, and you actually grow when seeing him. It feels like I see life differently when I leave, and I truly couldn’t recommend his practice enough.

Bryant is definitely someone I have recommended to several people with kids or teens. He's always been an objective source of guidance that will be in your corner. Today, I took my son because it'd been a few years, Covid & life moving quickly has prevented luxuries such as scheduling appts as easy as it once was away until now. Mainly the appt was to show my son that it's still worthy to have someone outside your daily circle to talk with... Especially if there's NOT a "problem". And I took him to let Bryant see how much he's grown up & headed down a positive path. 💖
