This company actually has a great service until you CANCEL it. They tell you fine then 3 months later take you to collection as they continue the service. They deny email confirmations and then try to ruin your credit. You can never get a person and the affiliate company cant even help. Going on a year of battle over a 60 bill which is now double. Each collector hangs up when you tell them you have proof you cancelled. BEWARE.. not worth it.

After cancelling my account and receiving a statement showing a zero balance, I was turned over to collections. Intermedia claims they can't see anything on my account and cannot explain the charges due to it being turned over to collections. The collection agency filed a dispute after I provided my statement showing a zero balance but Intermedia has not responded to them.

Inept incompetence would best describe this organization. Canceled service many months ago, yet they keep trying to bill me and threaten collections despite canceling their service. Tried to resolve it with them, and they are so inept and disorganized they clearly have no idea what they are doing. Definitely can not recommend these unprofessional abusive people or their services!

Worst company in the world. Most incompetent customer services agents. They have scammers as employees. Keep changing my set up without my consent. This is fraudulent

After years of unsatisfactory service we finally changed providers. I was informed that somehow I did something wrong so that our account was not cancelled after our numbers were ported away. So I get to pay for an additional month of nothing, with no hope for refund.

The phones we got though them never really worked correctly, and when we finally tried to get support from the manufacturer, they told us the phones were out of warranty. Sorry.

Every tech support call we had with them took at least an hour. It never solved the problems. Another hour I will never get back. But the people were nice, even if ineffective.

After 5 years of service I would give it 2 stars however they do not want to refund me over $190 that they have over charged me for the past few months - they still have my account active after porting over and cancelling my service with them.

Ooma dropped the ball when I was shopping for service and went with Intermedia and at first they were good - service issues happen however it started happening more and more and Ooma now has a 2nd chance and they have more options when it comes to using the phone, the desktop app using my air pods to take calls (something Intermedia still does not have) and using my ooma app to take/make calls from the office on my cell phone.

Don't waste your time with Intermedia as they will overcharge you and then state they can give me future credit but not a refund? Ooma for the past month has been working out and wish they did not drop the ball initially and I wish I switched sooner!

I have been using intermedia for over a year now. Today I had a very complicated issue with our network and I was very impressed with the patience and professionally of their technical support. Special thanks to Chris C. for taking care of our phone system! Thanks Intermedia!!
