My music business knowledge was definitely lackadaisical before i joined the class. I would say that it was on par, if not below that of an average persons but after this class I'm definitely more confident venturing into the music business side more. What i enjoyed the most about working together was the lectures, and the connections to the real world through analysis of videos, websites and articles because it made digesting the information a lot easier. I feel like redoing the course just to go over notes, or add onto anything that i didn't get the first time. The gems i learned were definitely worth the money, i feel like those specific gems definitely changed the trajectory of some people's course in life, and it's crazy how a couple of pieces of information can do that for a person. I submitted one of my songs in as an assignment, and prior to that, nobody has ever heard my music so that's pretty cool.

I can confidently say that I have a lot more knowledge of the music business that I had before I started this course. Our class was a great environment. Honestly, I do think what I enjoyed. The most was all of the information that I was able to learn, but the creative exercises were also very enjoyable. I feel more confident in the decisions that I make going forward in my career. I don’t feel like it will be easy for a record label to take advantage  of me because of some of the stuff I’ve learned here.

Before I took his class I knew a little bit about music business but not enough at all. If it was my time to to step to the plate in this business I would not have had the knowledge necessary to be a happy Songwriter/Artist. I enjoyed the insight that was given and the knowledge about the different aspects of the business that will help you be able to understand what you are signing up for. This class really gave me a understanding on not only the business that already set in the game but how to have my person business set up as an songwriter/artist. I feel way more Knowledgeable now than I did when I began the class. It changed my perspective about how I should approach the business and what to look forward to, the good and the bad. I definitely think JAMS ATL was worth the money.

At first, I didn't know much about music business. But after taking the course, I learned a lot. The talks about different topics were super interesting. Now I have a better idea about the business and can keep learning more. I think this course is worth the money. It taught me that being open to new things is really important.

Before we started working together I felt like handling the business in music was necessary and went about following the business to the best of my knowledge but had a few loose ends that this class helped me tighten up on. I enjoyed learning and performing. Now that the course is complete I feel 100 percent comfortable approaching anyone im working with with contracts and like I have a solid marketing plan or foundation for all my future projects. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. Not yet. Only bc I plan on implementing my plans after graduation

I had some understanding of the music business, but not to the extent that we went over in class. Already having a business, I knew the information about that part, but everything else was brand new information. Collaborate at all costs! I have been introduced to some incredibly talented individuals and I think that opening the door to work more now with the business knowledge, I can worry less about who to trust. I feel like I have a better understanding of what I need to do moving forward, I still think there are a ton of subjects that we could go in depth on, but in 7 weeks I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge that will jump start my future. ABSOLUTELY worth every penny! I have been working with some of the younger artists and connecting with them building the relationships to earn their trust for future collaborations.

Before taking this class I barley knew anything about the business side of the industry. I knew a little bit about it but not as much as I know now. I enjoyed the breakdown of the material the most. It was smooth and easy to comprehend and wasn't boring because of the way the instructor (C. Wes) was able to relate to the class. I feel more at ease and comfortable now that I've taken the class. Taking this class has allowed me to be more confident in propelling myself forward to where I know I can be and where I need to be, not only in my work and business but in life as well. The gems I picked up from this class were most definitely very helpful but I don't think knowledge is worth thousands of dollars to be honest.

Starting the course I felt like I didn't know anything fr, barely the basics. What I enjoyed the most bout class was how CWes explained the subject of the matter way and gave us projects to understand the material. Now that the course is complete I feel way better about the knowledge I have and its given me the steps to take to be a successful record label. Definitely worth the money, no stone unturned and always willing to answer the next question. I now have couple of projects in works with some classmates and have paperwork getting together for my actual artist.
