I have called so many times in the past 3 years I have lost track. I also never get a paper delivered. sometimes after I call they will bring it out but thats it. Also at the home I work at, they dont deliver there either, called about that still to this day no messenger. I am so glad that they like to pay people for not doing there job, and if they want to say that they dont have a driver for that route, well I specifically asked if they had someone assigned to both of these routes and I was told yes. I believe al I'm doing when I did call was waste my breathe. It is so frustrating

I've called and called no paper but once by carrier twice by someone from in office..in last 5 weeks. This last week I've called and left message for The Messenger... Can't get hold of no one.. Thing is delivery people deliver right across from street from me.. Also office said I've been getting paper all along. Said nope so she said I'll make sure. We'll nothing..people are getting paid but not delivering..i did get the Gazette but price went up so had to cancel. Someone said messenger is free come to office and get. Ok but you're paying someone to deliver..plus I'm disabled and can't get out at times Just need paper please

Here the first review said they won't deliver because, they can't get to the porch lol, I can't get them to deliver it to my porch. They toss it right in the middle of my driveway in spite of the multiple calls asking they deliver it to my porch. When I continued to have to stop in the road, grab the paper, then pull into my driveway to park, I finally got fed up enough to tell them to stop delivering to my house. There I was sitting on my front porch tonight when this delivery chick tosses a messenger out her car window and into my driveway. I am not happy.

I am sick of picking this paper up off the ground. I live out on a County road and I don't have a messenger box for a reason, I don't want the junk. Who ever delivers it to my area just throws it on the ground and I'm sick of it. I have tried calling to figure out how to get this to stop but no one will answer or call me back..

I have a house bound client that can't ever seem to get the paper. When she calls to inquire about it they tell her they cant deliever it because its to hard to get on the porch, what if this was your grandma or mother and thats how she does her shopping you would make sure she got it!! Very disappointed

We call about getting the messaenger and they bring it one day after we call then we don’t get it again until we call again we never get it on Sunday once after we call for Wednesday why do they pay this person to deliver it and we don’t get maybe they should hire someone else my address is on wright road please make sure we get it on Sunday and Wednesday the neighbor on our right side said would like it and has called about Becky herman

We got it for about a month straight now we haven't gotten it for 2 months straight Don't know how they can run a business this way Why would you want to pay for an advertisement when they don't even deliver the paper
